Thanks to precisely machined geometries, the AluRun+ achieves surface finishes of up to Rz 0.6 and enables the production of absolutely flat surfaces - even in relation to each other. This means that narrow tolerance ranges can be reliably realized. The high process stability allows the tolerance to be utilized directly on the component rather than in the tool. Standard sizes available from stock

The AluRun+ milling cutters are available from stock in various standard sizes. Special dimensions can be manufactured at short notice on request. The milling cutters are suitable for use at speeds including n=10,000 rpm and a feed rate of f=600 mm/min with an infeed of a=0.3 mm. Particularly impressive: No secondary burrs are created during chamfering - for clean, precise results.
