Longest serving practice partner of the BA Bautzen

25 years of Berufsakademie Bautzen is a welcome occasion for Lehmann Präzisionswerkzeuge, as the longest serving practical partner, to congratulate and at the same time to say thank you for 25 years of close cooperation and development work. Especially in the study course industrial engineering a new and above all higher quality of education could be achieved in the last years.

One of the main building blocks for this is the "Digital Transformation", a system which is able to link real and digital processes. A real process is simulated on a virtual machine and, with the inclusion of a 1:1 representation of the entire machine geometry, it is easier to learn about machining processes and machine control. This helps to avoid operating errors as far as possible in practical machine use and to minimize the resulting costs enormously. As a manufacturer of special precision tools, we will continue to keep pace with technical progress in the future and, together with the University of Cooperative Education in Bautzen, tackle new, future-oriented projects.
