Lehmann GmbH manufactures precision tools according to customer requirements with hard metal component parts or in a turning plate design.

We have spacialized thereby in the manufacture of spacial solutions, whereby we take over the design ans construction for our costumers. The principle for this is the provision of work piece drawings or possible existing tool designs.

If required our competent application engineers will give advice in situ for your selection of the suitable tools.

Turning plate tools will be designed on the basis of our customers existing plate systems, but also if necessary also according to our own concepts.
In addition it is also possible that turning plates can be integrated into an adjustable cassette system, in so far as the cyclic running exactness or changeability exactness exists for the plates.

Tools equipped with hard metal plates are especially suitable for processing large diameters. We can also offer you all tools from this segment with an internal cooltant feed and the standard wearing course coating.
